The Holmes Cay Australia Beenleigh 2012 edition was produced at the Beenleigh Artisan Rum Distillery in Queensland, Australia. This all molasses, pot still rum was distilled in 2012 in Australia and aged there for 6 years in American oak. It then spent 4 years in the UK in ex-bourbon before being bottled in New York State in 2022. At a flavorful 61% alcohol by volume, this edition is ideal for sipping with a splash of water. Award-winning Beenleigh rum is made using the British style of aging that places the distillate into the barrel at a high proof, and ages its rums in a mixture of historic American oak aging vats and barrels. Distillation and aging alone create the Australia 2012 Beenleigh rum’s complex flavors. TASTING NOTES: Gentle sweetness and vanilla on the nose. Fruit and mint give way to dry and savory notes on the palate. The finish integrates oak and mineral notes.

We can only accept the return of defective or damaged goods with proof of the defect or damage.
